The IMPART Application consists of the following documents:
- Application form
- Letter of Intent: 4 page maximum.
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Transcripts: One official copy of each transcript from all post-secondary institutions attended.
- Three (3) reference letters
Complete instructions for preparing all relevant documents are provided in the IMPART Fellowship Application from our Forms page.
Deadlines:
The deadlines to apply for IMPART are:
- to start IMPART in January 2012, the application deadline is Sept 1, 2011.
- to start IMPART in September 2012, the application deadline is June 1, 2012
Notes:
- For all Masters and Doctoral applicants, IMPART Fellowship awards are contingent upon formal acceptance in a relevant graduate program at a Canadian university.
- For Postdoctoral Fellows IMPART Fellowship awards are contingent upon completion of PhD.
- For Clinician Researchers IMPART Fellowship awards are contingent upon successful negotiation of research/training time with employer.
